How do I wash my cap?

Hand wash using mild detergent and cold water. Gently scrub any dirty spots with a soft brush or cloth, avoid bleach or harsh chemicals, then reshape the cap and let it air dry away from direct sunlight.

How do I adjust the size of my cap?

Most of our caps have an adjustable strap at the back. For snapback styles, just snap the strap into a different hole until you find your fit.

Can I return or exchange my cap?

Yes. Please check your product with the delivery person before accepting it — if there's a defect, damage, or wrong item, you can return it on the spot. For anything after delivery, call us at 01984908490. and we'll help sort it out.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we'll keep you updated by phone/message. If you'd like a status update at any time, just call us at 01984908490..

What should I do if my cap arrives damaged?

Please check it in front of the delivery person and let them know right away. If you notice an issue after they've left, call us immediately at 01984908490. and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka: up to 2 business days. Outside Dhaka: up to 5 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I measure my head for the right cap size?

Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head, just above your ears and across your forehead, keeping it level all the way around. Note the measurement and compare it with our size guide (where available) to find your best fit.
