Order and Delivery Policy

If your order is placed as Cash on Delivery, our team will call or message you to confirm the order.
Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working days inside Dhaka, and within 3-5 working days outside Dhaka, through our courier partner.
Partial delivery is not available — if you order more than one cap, all items in the order must be received together.
We may contact you to verify your order, and in some cases may request advance payment before dispatch.
Please check your product in front of the delivery person before accepting it.

If there's any issue with your product, or you'd like to request an exchange or return, please call us at 01984908490 as soon as possible after checking the product with the delivery person.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days of the refund request.

অর্ডার ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারিতে করা হলে, নিশ্চিতকরণের জন্য আমরা কল অথবা মেসেজের মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করব।
সাধারণত ঢাকার ভিতরে ১-২ কর্মদিবসে এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৫ কর্মদিবসে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
Partial Delivery নেই — একাধিক ক্যাপ অর্ডার করলে সবগুলো একসাথে গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
অর্ডার যাচাইয়ের জন্য আমরা যোগাযোগ করতে পারি, এবং কিছু ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট চাওয়া হতে পারে।
ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে প্রোডাক্ট চেক করে বুঝে নিন।

প্রোডাক্টে কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে বা এক্সচেঞ্জ/রিটার্ন করতে চাইলে, ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে চেক করার পর যত দ্রুত সম্ভব 01984908490 নম্বরে কল করুন।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড অনুরোধের ৭-১৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হবে।
